Abstract
目的 研究槲皮素对人软骨肉瘤细胞(SW1353)增殖的抑制作用.方法 用体外细胞培养技术与显微镜观察50、100、200、400 μmol/L浓度的槲皮素溶液作用于SW1353细胞,MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率.结果 加药48 h后,随着槲皮素浓度的增高,对SW1353增殖的抑制作用增强,具有显著的浓度依赖性.结论 槲皮素可促进人软骨肉瘤细胞凋亡,具有抗肿瘤作用.
