Abstract
利用脉冲电沉积的方法制备了Ni-W合金镀层,在微观形貌上与用直流电沉积方法得到的镀层进行比较.通过XRD研究了W在镀层中的含量以及对Ni-W合金镀层组织结构的影响;分析了该镀层在油润滑及干摩擦条件下摩擦系数随载荷与速度变化的情况,并与硬铬镀层进行比较. 同时,探讨了在油润滑及干摩擦条件下Ni-W合金镀层的摩擦磨损机理.结果表明:Ni-W合金镀层在干摩擦条件下具有很好的耐磨性能.
