Numerical simulation of welding stress and strain field for the stainless steel X5CrNi1810

摘要
The paper used the finite element software SYSWELD on the stainless steel X5CrNi1810 flat' stress and strain fields of TIG welding for 3 d dynamic simulation.Mean while,it applied double-ellipsoid heat source modified with the tool supplied by SYSWELD software,thus the equivalent stress distribution as well as longitudinal residual stress distribution curve on seam center line was obtained,and through the finite element analysis,welding deformation cloud graphs were obtained at different times.Comparing the simulation results with the literature data,it demonstrated that the established 3D model can dynamically simulate the welding process,have a practical significance in production and eventually improvs the welding of X5CrNi1810 stainless steel.
