通过解剖断口、金相和能谱等手段检测得出"气渣隔"缺陷的性质特征,并探索提出了这类缺陷的形成机理。分析表明,铸造工艺设计不当与形成"气渣隔"缺陷有最直接的关系,这对预防和解决这类缺陷具有重要意义。
