Owing to the powerful data calculating and statistical function,Microsoft Excel was applied in calculating the similarity of chromatography fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine.According to simple design of interface and pre-set of calculating formula,the calculation of similarity became simple and effective while without the specialized software.
