摘要
The Electroacoustic Measurement Model (EAM model) is an explicit model of an ultrasonic measurement system. This model is used to quantitatively examine the combined effect of the pulser/receiver, cabling, and transducers by grouping them in a single term called system transfer function. It is shown that the system function obtained in this fashion agrees with the same function as measured in a calibration setup. It is demonstrated that by using the EAM model one can accurately simulate the output signal in an ultrasonic measurement system.
