Abstract
自外周血中发现内皮祖细胞以来,我们对成体中新生血管的认识从血管发生扩展到血管发生/ 血管生成.成体骨髓中同样存在能够分化为成熟内皮细胞的内皮祖细胞(EPCs)系,EPCs作为参与血管组织再生的祖细胞,可迁移至新生血管处,原位分化为内皮细胞,参与新生血管形成.因此,EPCs移植被认为是理想的促进血管再生的方法,给严重威胁人类健康的疾病,如心肌梗死后心力衰竭的治疗带来了新的希望.
