Abstract
通过初筛、复筛、分离纯化出甘草生物转化菌,经过形态鉴定,有根霉、青霉、米曲霉、黑曲霉.用筛选到的霉菌对甘草煮提液、甘草酸进行液体发酵转化,HPLC检测,结果表明甘草酸经米曲霉、黑曲霉生物转化后,甘草酸波峰变小,有甘草次酸产生.
