载脂蛋白A5(apoA5)是载脂蛋白家族的新成员,其参与调节血脂代谢,是迄今为止所发现对血浆三酰甘油(TG)水平影响最明显的生理因子之一.动物实验和人体研究均发现,apoA5及其基因多态性与TG代谢及血脂代谢性疾病密切相关.对于apoA5基因结构的多态性、功能及调控机制的研究已成为心血管疾病病理机制研究的新热点.
