对<国民体育法>修改情况进行了研究.<国民体育法>前后共修改了7次,从修改原因看,社会原因、政治原因等直接原因成为主流,从修改模式看,突出了全面修改及滞后修改的特点,从法律修改程序看,比较严格地施行了"三读"程序.我国体育法修改可以考虑借鉴<国民体育法>修改的一些情况,顺应形势,进行全面、直接修改.
