Abstract
以亚麻品种匈牙利3号为材料,研究了不同浓度梯度镉离子(Cd2+)对亚麻生长和生理特性的影响.结果表明:随Cd2+离子浓度的升高.亚麻种子发芽率和耐受性均降低;低浓度Cd2+可提高亚麻脂肪酶的活性,高浓度的Cd2+可显著降低脂肪酶的活性;Cd2+浓度为50mg/L时硝酸还原酶降低,而Cd2+浓度为100mg/L时又升至最高,但小于对照,之后随浓度的升高而逐渐降低;根系活力和硝酸还原酶活性呈现出完全相同的趋势.
