Abstract
目的对颌面部骨折坚固内固定术治疗效果进行评价.方法对216例颌面部骨折患者均采用切开复位,微小型钛板及单皮质螺钉坚固内固定,观察咬合关系、咀嚼功能、骨断端固定效果、开口度、面部对称性、面部畸形恢复情况.结果经过3～12月随访,骨折全部愈合,骨折断端固定可靠,无移位发生.微小型钛板机械性能可靠,组织相容性好.结论颌面部骨折除复位、颌间牵引保守治疗外,复位后坚固内固定是现今临床上可靠的治疗方法.
