Abstract
青壮年股骨颈骨折发生率很低,处理不当易发生骨不连、股骨头缺血坏死而导致关节功能障碍.自1995年11月-2004年12月采用带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣移植加3枚双头加压螺钉内固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折30例,疗效满意,现报告如下.
