Design of Driving Circuit CMOS Camera Based on FPGA Technology

摘要
Driving schedules of IA_G3(Area Array CMOS sensor)have been examined.Through the SPI(The Serial to Parallel Interface),the driving schedule generator has been designed for configuring sensor.The target of imaging is achieved.Through the technique of windowing,the region-of-interest is read out facility.FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array) has been chosen as the hardware design platform.Driving schedule generator has been described with VHDL.The function simulation of the system is successfully fulfilled with QuartusⅡ7.1 software and fill the programme into FPGA(EP2C20F484C8 that made by ALTERA).Experiments show that designed generator is suitable for the driving of CMOS camera.
