Abstract
The reaction $^{80}\\mathrm{Se}$(t,p)$^{82}\\mathrm{Se}$ has been studied with a 15 MeV triton beam. Twenty-four energy levels in $^{82}\\mathrm{Se}$ have been identified up to approximately 5.0 MeV excitation, 12 of which were previously unreported. Angular distributions were measured and compared with distorted-wave Born approximation calculations in order to make $L$ (and hence ${J}^{\\ensuremath{\\pi}}$) assignments.
