Abstract
鼻内镜下鼻窦开放是有效治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的方法和手段,各地已广泛开展,临床上常只注重其积极治疗作用的一面,对其并发症,尤其是颅内严重并发症重视不够,术者缺乏有关知识,无防范和预防措施,这是十分危险的.最近我院发生2例由鼻内镜手术引发的颅内并发症患者,经积极救治2例患者均痊愈出院,现报道如下.
