Abstract
Objective: To explore the Perioperative management of intractable epilepsy patients with video dectroencephalogram monitoring.Methods: That 35 patients with intractable epilepsy were observed in video dectroencephalogram monitoring,and performed by operations,and the clinic data of which were analyzed.Results: The preoperative video dectroencephalogram monitoring was beneficial to preoperative evaluation of patients with intractable epilepsy in preoperation.Then,careful nursing could at best reduce the secondary attacks of the patients with intractable epilepsy in the perioperation.Conclusions: Video dectroencephalogram monitoring could be beneficial to the localizations of epilepsy focuses for the patients with intractable epilepsy in the preoperations.It could reduce emergencies through careful nursing and releasing psychic burden in the perioperations to facilitate the patients well-being.
