Abstract
选用梅久兰链霉菌(Streptomyces mediolani)K7-2作为试验菌株,采用均匀设计方法设计实验,利用分光光度法测定乙醇含量,用SAS9.0软件进行回归体积分数分析。经五步非线性逐步回归,得到了回归方程,决定系数为97.91%。通过极值计算,得到乙醇的最优产量为体积分数0.4430‰。此时,产生乙醇的发酵条件为温度为27℃,pH为8.5,接种量为10%。
