Abstract
人胚胎植入前遗传学诊断技术(PGD)在很多国家已经成功开展,并应用于部分染色体疾病和单基因遗传病的检测,随着技术水平的发展,PGD的检测范围逐渐扩大,进而引起了诸多伦理学争议,因此应当权衡利弊,谨慎确定PGD的应用范围,建立适合我国国情的PGD技术及伦理操作指南。
