Abstract
目前高职院校实施校企合作中,还面临着诸多的师资困境,影响了校企双方的合作程度.本文全面分析了校企合作师资困境产生的内在原因,并提出了建立政行企校参与的师资队伍机制、区域共享的兼职教师信息平台、多元形式的师资业务提升路径、分类评价的师资绩效考核办法等对策,从而系统地构建高职院校“师资资源共享”的校企合作新机制.
