319 Is the rate in supraventricular tachycardia related to the age of the patient?

Conclusions The rate of SVT seems depend on the autonomic nervous tone. The rate was relatively high in teenagers but also in all adults < 51 years. It is slower from 51 until 80 years but it is more markedly slower after 80 years. Similar correlations were found with the incidence of syncope associated with SVT.
