膜分离技术分离纯化泰乐菌素的研究

Abstract
简要介绍膜分离技术,采用超滤膜、纳滤膜对泰乐菌素发酵液进行脱色除蛋白试验.通过考查该体系膜通量、发酵液浓缩情况及滤液质量等,发现采用膜系统处理泰乐菌素发酵液在工艺、技术上是可行的,比传统过滤方式具备很多优越性.
