不同基质和促渗剂对川芎嗪凝胶经皮吸收的影响

Abstract
目的考察不同基质和促渗剂对川芎嗪凝胶经皮吸收的影响。方法采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体裸鼠皮肤为屏障,用HPLC法测定不同基质(1%卡波姆、5%CMC-Na、5%HPMC)和不同促渗剂(氮酮、油酸、冰片和冰片-薄荷脑低共融物)对川芎嗪凝胶的累积渗透量、渗透吸收速率、增渗倍数等参数的影响。结果以1%卡波姆为基质时透皮吸收效果最好,几种促渗剂均可较好的促进川芎嗪凝胶的经皮吸收,尤以5%氮酮以及冰片-薄荷脑(3%∶3%)低共融物的促渗效果最佳。结论 1%卡波姆为最佳的凝胶基质,5%氮酮或者冰片-薄荷脑(3%∶3%)低共融物为川芎嗪凝胶最佳的促渗剂。
