Research of Cultivating Technical Skilled Talents by Higher Vocational Integration of Work-Study-Research Based on Regional Economic Development

The transformation of economic development pattern and the adjustment of industrial structure of China are in urgent need of higher vocational colleges cultivating technical skilled talents.This paper first analyzes the main manifestations of the unsuitable development of vocational talents training and regional economic development based on exploring the relationship between them,and proposes the new ideas of cultivating technical skilled talents by integration of work-study-research that adapts to regional economic development combining the realities of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College.The combination of work and study is promoted to the integration of work-study-research,and the new path of enhancing the quality of personnel training is expanded.
