Abstract
目的:采用HPLC法测定元胡止痛栓中延胡索乙素的含量.方法:采用Zorbax 80A Extend-C18色谱柱(150 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-三乙胺(55∶45∶0.1),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃.结果:延胡索乙素进样浓度在19.5～97.5μg· mL-1范围内,与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)为1 00.6％,RSD为1.07％.结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为元胡止痛栓的质量控制方法.
