UP-2.136: High Risk Localized Prostate Cancer with PSA Over 20ng/ml: What Kind of Adjuvant Therapy After Radical Prostatectomy?

Radical prostatectomy (RP) is gold standard for patients (pts) with localized prostate cancer (T1,T2,T3a, PSA<20, Gleason < 8). High risk pts (PSA >20 Gleason>8 with no enlarged lymph nodes on CT/MRI, normal bone scan (BS) are also candidates for RP, if they are younger, with no co-morbidity and strongly motivated for surgery. Many of them should receive adjuvant therapy depending on histological, definitive findings after RP. In this study we present our therapeutic protocol of adjuvant therapy with results of progression in follow-up period.
