Abstract
通过花粉管通道技术将携带有水稻(Oryza sativa L.)几丁质酶基因(Chi11)的表达载体质粒pCAMB IA.chi11转入到高产小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)新品种"周麦18".通过PPT抗性筛选和PCR检测,获得了转基因小麦株系.大田白粉病抗性鉴定和离体叶段培养白粉病抗性鉴定表明,一些转基因株系的抗性得到了提高.
