微波-盐析法提取盐酸黄连素的研究

Abstract
应用微波辅助提取法提取黄连素的同时采用了盐析沉降法,将黄连素以盐酸盐的形式在短时间内较完全地沉淀下来.实验表明:微波功率为700 W以水作提取剂,辐照3次,每次150 s,提取剂分别为:V1=60 ml,V2=V3=50 ml,盐析剂用量为0.08~0.1 ml提取效果较好.与索氏提取法和微波辅助提取法相比较能进一步缩短提取时间,提高产率并且可不用NaCl和冰.
