提出了一种适用于煤矿井下的新型低功耗红外数据采集器的设计方案,详细阐述了该数据采集器的工作原理、硬件电路设计、软件设计及低功耗工作方式等。该采集器选用低功耗的微控制器、液晶显示器及电源管理芯片,成功地降低了整体功耗,延长了电池的使用寿命。实验结果表明,在待机状态下,整机工作电流不大于44μA。
