P-60: Endoscopic sclerotherapy for stomal dilation

Dilatation of the gastrojejunal anastomosis is the leading mechanical cause of weight regain following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). This leads to rapid emptying of the solid meals, increased meal capacity, and increased dumping symptoms. The purpose of this study was to determine the safety and effectiveness of sclerotherapy as an outlet narrowing procedure in patients with previous RYGB.
