近年来研究表明,在适宜的微环境下,骨髓干细胞不但可以分化为骨、软骨、脂肪、肌细胞和各种血细胞,而且还可以跨越胚层向外胚层起源的神经元细胞及内胚层起源的肝细胞、胰岛细胞等分化,称为"可塑性(plasticity)"或"横向分化(trans- diffferentiation)".本文就骨髓干细胞分化为肝样细胞及其临床治疗肝系疾病做一综述.
