摘要
It is shown that fluorescence spectra from a dye-doped polymer film in front of a mirror exhibit angular and spectral localization effects caused by self-interference in the spontaneous emission. Spectral results obtained experimentally, which are dependent on film thickness, are found to be in good agreement with the calculated results predicted by a semiclassical description.
