Abstract
Using(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethanone and prenyl bromide as raw materials,(2-hydroxy-4-(3-methyl-2-butenyloxy)phenyl)ethanone was synthesized.The reaction conditions were optimized by thin-layer chromatography(Si gel).The best conditions were as follows:acetone as solvent,reaction temperature of 65℃,n[(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethanone]∶n(K2CO3)=1∶1.8,n[(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethanone]∶n(prenyl bromide)=1∶1.8.Under above conditions,the yield would reach 73%.
