Abstract
采用环己烷作溶剂,SPAN80/OP10为复配乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为氧化还原引发剂,丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸钾(AAK)为原料,室温下,通过反相乳液聚合法制备了高相对分子质量AM/AAK共聚物。考察了聚合温度、引发剂浓度、乳化剂选择及其浓度、单体浓度及配比等对AM/AAK共聚物特性粘数的影响。确定了最佳聚合条件∶V(水)∶V(环己烷)=1·5∶1,c(乳化剂)=2·5~3·5g/dL,m(SPAN80)∶m(OP10)=(2·3~11·8)∶1,c(单体)=30~35g/dL,m(AAK)∶m(AM)=0·17∶1,c(KPS)=1·7~2·5mmol/L,n(KPS)∶n(TMEDA)=1∶1,聚合温度为20~35℃。
