Abstract
应用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同Pr3+摩尔浓度下的Mg0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr纳米粉体,并通过XRD,TG,TEM,发射光谱和激发光谱等测试手段来表征Mg0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr的结构、形貌和荧光性质.X射线衍射结果表明:样品为正方晶格结构,其晶粒尺寸随着热处理温度的提高而逐渐增大,Pr离子浓度的提高不会影响晶体结构.发射光谱与激发光谱的强度都随着温度的升高而增强,而Pr3+摩尔浓度的提高对发射光谱和激发光谱的影响不大.余辉性能测试表明Mg0.2Ca0.8TiO3:Pr的余辉时间可达30 ms.
