Abstract
路43平3井是位于冀中坳陷饶阳凹陷留西油田路43断块的一口双靶点水平井,完钻井深为4 202 m.最大井斜为94.9°.该井沙河街组地层存在着异常高压和水敏性极强的岩层,易发生井壁坍塌,尤其是大斜度以及水平井段处于沙河街组的沙二和沙三段,易出现严重的复杂情况.因此采用了有机黑色正电胶 /聚磺防塌防卡钻井液,现场应用结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的抑制能力、防塌能力和润滑防卡能力,井眼净化能力强,尤其是复合润滑技术的应用,有效缓解了托压问题,满足了路43平3井的钻井要求.
