Abstract
分析测定了当前河北省大面积推广的26个优质麦品种的物化性质和面团流变特性.结果表明:优质麦品种均属于强筋小麦,容重、湿面筋、蛋白质含量较高,品种间面团流变学特性差异较大.并针对河北省小麦品质现状、资源优势及区域特性,对今后优质小麦育种、优质小麦生产基地和品种的开发利用作了初步探讨.
