网织血小板在急性白血病中的检测和临床意义

Abstract
目的探讨网织血小板(RP)流式细胞仪检测方法及RP检测的临床意义。方法以体检健康者30例作为对照,动态监测30例急性白血病(AL)患者外周血血小板(PLT)水平、RP百分比(RP%)并计算RP绝对值(RPC)。结果 AL患者RP%和RPC低于健康者(P<0.05)。经治疗达到临床缓解的AL患者RP%及RPC恢复正常。结论 RP%及RPC能反映骨髓PLT生成情况,且比PLT计数更加灵敏,可作为AL治疗过程中的监控指标。
