Abstract
三肽基肽酶Ⅱ (Ripetidyl PeptidaseⅡ,TPPⅡ)是存在于细胞质中的一种多功能丝氨酸蛋白酶,主要协助蛋白酶体和其他的胞外酶并且参与蛋白周期代谢,最近的数据显示,TPPⅡ对MHC-Ⅰ类分子抗原表位的产生与破坏均有重要作用,但是TPPⅡ在MHC- Ⅰ类抗原递呈中的具体作用机制尚有待进一步研究.本文综述TPPⅡ的细胞生物学特征,着重探究TPPⅡ在MHC- Ⅰ类抗原递呈中作用,并且指出TPPⅡ在新型疫苗设计上具有重要的指导意义.
