Abstract
探索高速、快速的玉米SOD分离与纯化方法,旨在为玉米SOD的规模化生产提供依据。利用金属螯合亲和层析和DEAE-纤维素离子交换层析相结合的方法分离纯化玉米SOD,得到2种达到电泳纯的SOD组分(A、B),并对它们的基本性质进行了初步分析。SDS-PAGE法测定A、B两组分的亚基分子量分别为20 kD和16.4kD;由电泳后的定位染色情况可知,这2种SOD组分均属于Cu/Zn-SOD;等电聚焦表明,A、B两组分的等电点分别为7.2和6.9。
