Abstract
目的:探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养的方法.方法:对我院2004年5月～2008年7月收治的278例食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养进行临床观察.结果:所有患者无一例死亡,无严重的并发症,无明显的肝肾功能损害.结论:食管癌术后肠内营养既能改善营养状态,促进肠功能的恢复,又能提高机体免疫功能,减少并发症,提高手术成功率.
