Abstract
Purpose Use the way of testing the change and relation of GD patients' IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γin Outside cycle blood Serum before and after treating,to discuss their correlativity and clinic significance with the Thyroid gland's function change.Method Take 32 GD patients for GD Team,and 33 definitely diagnosed GD patients,who accept anti-Thyroid gland drug treatment in system,clinic symptom are relieved,and Thyroid gland function return to normal is Relieved Team.There is either autoimmunity diseases or Infectious diseases in both two teams.And take 40 healthy persons who either have Thyroid gland disease history or Thyroid gland disease clan history for Normal Contrast Team.Take all tested persons' Vein blood to test the FT3、FT4、TSH、TMAb、TGAb、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ.Result IL-6: GD Team is much higher than Relieved Team(P0.01),there is no remarkable difference between Relieved Team and Contrast Team(P0.05).IL-10: GD Team and Relieved Team are both much higher than Contrast Team(P0.01),there is no reamarkable difference between GD Team and Relieved Team.Conclusion IFN-γ can guide Thyroid gland cell Ⅱstyle Antigen's express,then to strengthen these cells' immunogenicity.IFN-γ alone or effected with TNF-α can promote Thyroid gland cell to express in cell glue molecule Ⅱ(ICM-Ⅱ)and HLA-Ⅱ antigen,and TNF-α can strengthen IFN-γ's high-effect express to MHC-ⅡMolecule antigen of TEC,and the extraordinary express can make autoimmune response to arises progressivity development.With the progress of treatment,IFN-γ is still in a high level,higher than Contrast Team,reported the Lagging of immunotherapy process.
