Abstract
25~30℃条件下,研究了虫胶果蜡、壳聚糖涂膜和对照对货架期蜜梨品质的影响。结果表明:虫胶果蜡涂膜的蜜梨能显著遏制轮纹病病斑的扩展;贮藏20d后,蜜梨的腐烂率和失重率分别为2.5%和4.9%,硬度和总酸分别下降25.5%和26.6%,果肉相对电导率仅上升6.7%,还原糖和可溶性固形物含量一直处于缓慢上升状态,货架期20d以上。壳聚糖涂膜的蜜梨货架期仅为5d。
