Determination of Polysaccharides in Ganmaoqing Oral Liquid

Objective To establish an analysis method for the determination of the content of polysaccharides in Ganmaoqing oral liquid.Methods The Phenol-sulfuric method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in Ganmaoqing oral liquid.Results The absorbance was determined at 485 nm.The linear curves was fine between the concentration rang of 0.001 3-0.015 3 mg/mL(r=0.999 3),the average recovery was 98.4%,the RSD was 1.33%.The content of polysaccharide in a bottle of Ganmaoqing oral liquid was 0.820-0.847 mg.Conclusion The established method of Phenol-sulfuric for content determination of polysaccharides in Ganmaoqing oral liquid is reliable and accurate.
