Abstract
对神光Ⅲ原型复杂激光光路条件下的背反诊断系统进行了光路改造优化设计.引进菲涅耳透镜和采用真空空间滤波方式,对激光打靶光路终端光学组件中镜片反射的杂散光与非线性效应导致的背反信号进行空间分离,解决了杂散光与非线性散射光同光轴问题.并在神光Ⅲ原型装置上进行了全孔径背反系统实验验证,为激光靶耦合能量平衡精密诊断提供了可能条件和重要参考.
