Abstract
用凝聚相分离法制备超声改性淀粉/聚乙烯醇/海藻酸钠(ST/PVA/SA)复合微球,考察了ST、PVA、SA和CaCl2的质量分数、干燥方式对微球形态性能的影响。通过红外光谱对微球进行了结构表征,并测定了微球的含水率、溶胀率、降解率。研究了载药微球在体外的药物释放规律。结果表明,微球的最佳合成条件是ST、PVA、SA和CaCl2的质量分数分别为4%、8%、4%和5%,此条件下微球具有良好的pH敏感性和药物缓释效果。
