Abstract
Objective To study the applied value of lipid ratio and individual lipid in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Measured the levels of totel cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),apolipoprotein B(ApoB) of the healthy control group and the CHD group, calculated the ratio of TG/HDL-C,TC/ HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C and ApoA1/ApoB,and present statistical analysis of the data. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,TG/ HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C of the CHD group were higher than the healthy control group, the levels of HDL-C,ApoA1 and ApoA1/ ApoB of the CHD group were lower than the healthy control group. To the CHD group, the abnormal percentage of lipid ratio from high to low were ApoA1/ApoB,LDL-C/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,TG/HDL-C,all of them were higher than individual lipid's. Conclusion Lipid ratio have more clinical applied value than individual lipid for early prevention and dianosis of CHD.
