Abstract
目的:建立同时测定果蔬中多种农药残留量的检测方法.方法:用固相萃取手段提取、净化水果中的多农药残留,并用保留时间锁定和SIM-GC/MS技术结合大体积进样技术进行定性定量分析的测定.结果:本方法可同时检测果蔬多种农药(可望达到200种以上).结论:方法大大降低检测低限、回收率好、效率高.
