PRRSV LN/0901株的分离鉴定及其NSP2基因遗传变异分析

Abstract
采集可疑为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)阳性的猪肺脏病料,通过Marc-145细胞培养、电镜观察、中和试验、RT-PCR检测等方法鉴定,确认从辽宁省分离到1株PRRSV,暂命名为PRRSV LN/0901株。进一步经Nsp2基因克隆测序及同源性比较及系统发育进化树等分析,结果证明该毒株属北美洲型,与2006年以来国内的多数流行变异株遗传关系相近且独立分支,说明导致辽宁地区流行的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)病原属于北美洲型PRRSV,而且存在不断变异的趋势。
