摘要
A bulk nanoporous copper with thickness of 1 mm was fabricated from freely corroded Cu0.3Mn0.7 alloy by means of dealloying. The phases and microstructure of samples were analyzed by XRD, FESEM, EDS and AAS. The results indicate the nanoporous copper with a uniform monolithic structure in three-dimension can be created by free-corrosion dealloying Cu0.3Mn0.7 alloy in 0.1 mol/L HCl solution for 10 d, with an average surface pore diameter of 125 nm and an average ligament section pore diameter of 300 nm.
